He exhibited a high degree of professionalism and excellent manners which both my wife and I very much appreciate. He spent a considerable amount of time doing a complete check out of the unit and an additional air filtering system that we had installed when our home was built.

It was my intent to write a letter to McGee Heating & Air Conditioning this past June when my air conditioner needed repairing but due to entertaining my families one after another this summer I finally find time to write for the purpose of complimenting Bruce Hux, Service Technician, for the fine job he did in repairing my air conditioner. He also was very kindly to and considerate of this appreciative widow.

Dear Sirs,

Last month my family and I returned home (very late) from the Eagles concert at Clemson to find that the air conditioning was not working. Needless to say we had quite a sleepless night. Since we are renting this house, our Landlord requested that I contact the heating and cooling company that he uses. I was told that it would be three days before they would be able to come out and investigate the problem. This was not acceptable as I have children as well as indoor pets that were home on this day. I contacted a business partner for a recommendation for other options. I was given your business name. After putting in a service request I was insured that someone would e at my house today!! This is great!! Oops, I will not be home from work until 3:30pm and must be on the road to Asheville NC by 4:00pm. This is not good! “We will do our best to schedule the service to your needs, but we cannon insure that we will be able to meet such a tight deadline.”

YOU DID IT I got home from work at 3:20 pm; your service van was in my driveway. Service took less than an hour, and I was on the road to Asheville only a little later than planned. No problem!!

Thank you Sean! The Hoover family is very appreciative of how timely and professionally that you responded to our needs.

We are currently in the market for a new home for our family. There is no question who we will contact for all future heating and cooling needs. You have a very happy and satisfied customer.

Dear Mr. McGee,

Last week your company installed a gas pack with humidifier, air cleaner and a water heater in our home. We are very pleased with the results. This is a huge improvement over the old heat pump.

Our main reason for writing is to tell you how impressed we are with two of you employees – Jeff Owens and Rob Gambrell. They are fine young men – polite, friendly and totally professional. Jeff came to our home to give us an estimate. He explained everything in detail and gave the estimate, all with no pressure on us. He gave us plenty of time to make our d3ecision. Rob and his crew did an excellent job on the installation. He was always concerned about how the work would affect us. As a result, we were without hot water for only part of a day. It’s very refreshing to deal with such fine people who are committed to doing the best job that they can.

Dear Friends,

I wanted to take this opportunity to express my thanks to your entire staff for a job well done from the initial planning to the final inspection of our new Trane Heating and Air Conditioning System. Jeff Owens is one of the most intelligent people that I’ve had the opportunity to deal with. He understood exactly what we needed for the church manse. He was willing to take all the time needed to fully answer questions from me about the proposed system and never rushed or watched the clock. The two installers, Eddie and DJ, were friendly, kept busy on the job and explained everything they were doing. Your service technician, Jay Cook, has come t o our aid more than once. What on outstanding person he it! He is very knowledgeable and also very friendly. I, unfortunately, do not know the nice ladies that answer the telephone, but they are very warm and helpful. They make wonderful first impressions. Perhaps someday I will be able to meet them in person.

I believe that I have said enough about all you nice people, but I could certainly go on praising your staff. I close in saying once more how pleased we are with our new system and service. Be assured that I will highly recommend your company to anyone at anytime they are in need of heating and air conditioning service. We look forward to many years of association with you and if I or our church can ever be of service to you, please let us know. Sometime during the night of November 11, 1998, our aging furnace stopped working. The next day we called and one of your service technicians paid us a visit, checked out the furnace, informed us that it had “died”, and that we needed a new furnace.

Of course, this was not news we wanted to hear, but thanks to your excellent team of professionals we have had a good experience as we proceeded in the furnace installation process.

You see, we have elderly mothers living in our house, and warmth is important for their well-being. By having the McGee Team “on the job”, we now have a new energy efficient Trane furnace, a warm house, and peace of mind.

Thanks to all of you at McGee for going beyond the call of duty in helping us.

But I do know he is representing your company in a might fine way. He was personable, thorough, polite, and seemed very knowledgeable.

I don’t know where you find your technicians but you seem to be doing a super good job. At the First Baptist Church, Iva, I have had dealing with Rodney Cowart and Bruce Hux, also excellent McGee representatives. Keep up the good work.
